Wisconsin added another win to their record with a 55-28 victory over the Horned Frogs. While the final score makes the game look like a blowout victory for the Badgers, this was actually a much closer contest than the 27 point victory would indicate. Wisconsin was able to blow the game wide open in the 4th quarter scoring 24 points yo TCU's 7. Wisconsin led 21-14 at halftime and was ahead 31-21 after 3 quarters.
Once again Sophomore running back James White had a great game rushing for 137 yards on 22 carries and scoring 2 touchdowns. Wide Receiver Nick Toon, son of former NFL great Al Toon, had 6 catches for 95 yards and a td. Toon is distinguishing himself as one of the best receivers in the nation.
The Badgers struggled on the defensive side of the ball giving up 68 total yards but were able to cause 5 turnovers to make up for it. Chris borland is having a great year.
