final score, 52 Texas 3 Iowa State. Texas' D dominated the game causing 4 ints. Texas Offense was led by the legs of Foshwitt Whitaker gaining just over 200 yards while Gilbert continues to struggle in the interception department. Chris Johnson scored 5 tds. 3 rushing and 2 recieving. here's what Coach had to say about the game:
"Our kids are finally grasping our system. you can tell by the score. our kids are more confident and are thinking less and playing more. our running game is finally going and our passing game is getting better. we still have some things to work on but we are playing pretty well right now. all we need to do is finish. we intend to win the conference championship and the only way is to win the rest of our conference games and that is what we plan on doing."
